All the staff, especially Justin the manager, are really very kind and welcoming. There is a festive and supportive atmosphere, you quickly feel included in the group. Good humor reigns there at all times! At first I was in a tent, which was a little hot in the mornings, but very affordable. I changed to a private room with bathroom and it suited my needs better.

広さ25㎡のお部屋です。 Immerse yourself in nature on the shores of beautiful Southern Sri Lanka. Talalla Retreat is a beachfront resort located on a pristine, white sandy beach. Beautiful location on the beach. Individual bamboo huts and air con rooms . Tried both and each has its benefits. Huts are quite open and attract jungle visitors as expected but all part of the experience, just be sure to take precautions against mosi’s. Beds were very comfortable and both huts and rooms have a comfy outdoor seating area. Food was good (buffet style) but maybe an occasional BBQ would have added some variety. Staff are very attentive and reception staff were helpful. Easy to get a Tuk-Tuk just outside the main gate. A few restaurants within walking distance. Sun beds were a bit short on a couple of days. There is an overall chilled vibe which is extremely relaxing. Would recommend.
