I’m very particular about music in shared spaces because I believe it’s a huge part of the experience, and here it absolutely was. No expectations, just really good ambient music that elevated the whole stay. Jay and Belle at the front desk were something else. They weren’t just doing their job, they truly cared. I felt a real bond with both of them. They go above and beyond, always with a huge smile and an openness that makes every guest feel seen. The way they interact is so pure and heart felt, it really made my stay unforgettable.
