Everything! The staff were very professional and very pleasant. The food was excellent as well as the service. Lovely spa where I had a wonderful massage. I cannot fault anything with regards to the staff! Beautiful views from the hotel.

Its really a fun hotel. A bit in the style of a chalet, and it has teddy bears every where. The reception was very friendly, it felt like they really enjoyed having you stay. The room and bathroom were good. There was a parking garage next to the hotel, and the hotel itself was located right in the centre of the city. We enjoyed the breakfast too.

food in the hotel was superb, staff very helpful and friendly. the hotel has superb lounges to relax in and the spa is perfect for apres ski with a good size pool, sauna and steam room. the skiing area is excellent. perfect location for a great ski holiday

We visited this hotel 9 years ago, and we wanted to visit again, because we had a very good memory of this hotel. And we still want to come back another time. Everything is in order, the room, the view, the people and the pool and location in general. The breakfast is very French and fantastic. Thanks a lot for a wonderful stay. This is how a small family hotel should be run!
