The rooms, while a bit small, are clean and comfortable and have everything you need for a short stay. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially Barbara. When we left our sunglasses behind in the room she called and emailed us to let us know so we could retrieve them. We can't recommend this hotel enough!

A recently renovated property, Modern City Apartment is situated in Graz near Casino Graz, Graz Central Station and Graz Town Hall. Among the facilities at this property are a lift and private check-in and check-out, along with free WiFi throughout the property. The property is non-smoking and is located less than 1 km from Graz Clock Tower. The location is perfect: not too far from the main street but still a quiet nice street. City center was also 5 min walk away. The apartment is very clean, cosy warm with the option to set the heat degree yourself (which is a big advantage during the winter). Everything is as beautiful in real life as in the pictures. Milena is an exceptional host who takes a real interest in her guests. She was always sending us replies within a short time whenever we had questions, was very kind and helpful. There was a washing machine and a dishwasher, towels and all kind of kitchen equipment. The window shades can be adjusted to have complete darkness for a relaxing sleep (bed is about 160x200 cm, very comfortable). There was an elevator in the building so when we did the shopping it was easy to take the things upstairs.
