Great hotel with an amazing view to the lake and Lucern. Very friendly and profesional staff!! Tasty food at the restaurant and closed attention to details. The breakfast had anything you want, a lot of variety. Deff recommend Hermitage, high class hotel !

Apartment was equipped with all facilities. It also included complimentary orange juice, sparkling water, bier, bread, jam, butter, berry drink, fruits, chocolates. Wifi worked well and apartment was in quiet neighbourhood. Close to supermarket (5 min walk). Owner also provided some surrounding recommendation (Menzberg) which was absolutely worth it.

The surroundings, the lounge area, the ambiance — everything invites you to unwind. The room was very cozy with comfortable beds, and although the bathroom is shared, it was exceptionally clean. After putting the kids to bed, we could enjoy some drinks and snacks from the bar. Definitely a place we recommend — whether you’re on your way to your final destination or just looking for a few days of relaxation.
