2010年に全面改装されたTesta Grigia hotelのスタイリッシュなデザインの客室には、バルコニー、コーヒーメーカー、無料Wi-Fiが備わっています。ツェルマット駅とスネガ・エクスプレスケーブルカーから徒歩わずか5分です。 上品なデザインの客室には高級カーペット、ソリッドウッドのベッド、高級ファブリック、広いバスルーム（ガラス張りのシャワーブースまたはバスタブ付）が備わっています。... 先ずはスタッフさんの対応が素晴らしいの一言です。コーヒーメーカーの使い方が分からなかった時も（説明書を読んだのですが上手くいかず…結局は入れるべき水の量が少し足りなかった）直ぐに部屋に来て教えてくださいました。駅から近く、ツェルマットの中心部の割にお手頃感があり、何より広くて清潔。朝食も付いているし、備品もキチンと揃っており、文句のつけようがありません。またいつか来ることがあれば、こちらに泊まりたいと思います。

The small electric shuttle to take you to hotel is so cute. The young male receptionist was so polite & attentive (gave me water as I was working in the lounge area. The room I chose was small, but didn't feel small at all. It had everything I needed. Bathrooms on main floor are extremely clean. Breakfast was fantastic/ ALTHOUGH, there was no decaf coffee option :( . If I was returning to Zermatt, I would definitely return to Jägerhof!

The Hotel Daniela enjoys a very calm location in Zermatt, situated within a 10-minute walk from the cable cars and the train station. Free Wi-Fi is featured throughout the property. 部屋がとてもきれい。スパやサウナがあり、疲労していた体をリフレッシュすることができた。スタッフがとても気さくで、フレンドリー。新婚旅行として利用したら、サプライズがあり、泊まって良かった。またスイスに行く際は必ずここに泊まりたい！

Good location near train station. Staff at both front reception and restaurant were attentive and provided good information about Zermatt. The room and amenities are good. The double glass door and windows keep the room quiet even near to train station. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Zermatt/ Taesch.

We reached this property little late. Google address pointing slight deviated location, but it is just behind it. The information provided by the host, worked well. Parking is in front of the property, can park even in open area near by. Very friendly host.

They go the extra mile to make your stay nothing less than perfect, and do so while creating a very personal atmosphere. There is a restaurant in the hotel, which offers a very good selection of local and European dishes, and the wine selection is exquisite. Even though the rating of the WiFi on this website is a bit lower, the hotel fixed this convincingly by providing you with a wifi receiver to take to the room. This fully solved any issue that might have been there in the past, since the wireless internet worked perfectly.

Gorgeous Resort and spacious for a family of 4 with young children. The beds were well thought out. Amazing breakfast and quite superior from European standards. Staff were helpful and accommodating. Spa was great with heated pool overlooking the Matterhorn. They’ve got some great restaurants. Location was great to go directly Sunnega via the lift.
