As we travelled in a big group with grandparents and kids, he passionately helped the seniors to carry the luggages, and always ensured we were in good condition while we were in the rooms. One touching thing is the next day was not his shift, but he came all the way just to help the grandparents to move the luggages to the lobby on ground floor, without our request. I can tell he has lots of passion on his hospitality job, and find ourselves very welcome to their hotel. Thanks!
