The parking is tiny, but the staff takes the car when we arrive and gives it back when needed. Great breakfast. Large rooms.

The property has garden and quiet street views, and is 30 km from Aquarium of Genoa. The property is non-smoking and is set 29 km from University of Genoa. This is the first time we have come across such a place to stay. Close to the train station, a spacious and spotlessly clean apartment with comfortable beds and huge TVs in both rooms. All kinds of food left for free consumption by the host: fruit, sweets, snacks, croissants, muesli, in the fridge wine, juices, milk, sausages, eggs, wine, sauces, butter, aperitifs and what not. In the bathroom several types of champagne, shower gel, razors, hairdryer, etc. We left our backpacks in the morning before the room was ready. Very kind and understanding people, for whom not money, but the comfort of the guests comes first. Thank you very much!
