I liked that the staff was very responsive to help us dealing with problems from train strike during our trip to the location I like that we could place our luggages in a specific room to not hold them during our city walk. I like that the communication with the staff was smooth and quick even though there was weekend.

There were loads of facilities, we didn't use them as we enjoyed walking by the lake and using our Jacuzzi. place was very clean and comfy, we would stay again.
