The rooms are new and very comfortable. Also the view is awesome and the family super nice. I enjoyed talking to them with the daughter as a perfect English translator. They made every effort to make my stay great and I really enjoyed it. Make sure to have the included breakfast and the delicious dinner for a very fair price. It’s homemade, yummy and plenty. Thank you very much for everything!!!

Perfect in every way! A lovely family, great location - you step out the back door directly onto the Rosni peak trail. Food was great and not crazily overpriced like most guesthouses. While we were there the family’s niece was also there to visit who we enjoyed some nice and interesting conversations with. Would absolutely recommend!

If you are looking for a super peaceful place near Valbona National Park, I would recommend this. The people are SO nice and the breakfast was reeeally good with so much fresh food that they produce themselves. We really enjoyed our stay!

Very nice, rustic home, feels like a log cabin. Quiet. The owner and host Mir is awesome, so nice. He made sure we had extra eggs, bread, cheese etc for the trek. Mir makes great coffee too. I think most places in Valbone are quite spread out, we were fortunate to get dropped off at the bottom of his road, maybe 1200 metres walk up. The official trail start is about 2 kilometres away, either arrange a taxi or walk. We chose the latter, downhill from Mir's, used a short cut he recommended, after 12 minutes you arrive to the flat and dry riverbed. The scenery is already amazing and the walk easy when you start early. The restaurant near to Mir's is good as well.

The family were very friendly and accommodating. They arranged the for bus back to Shköder to pick us up there. The room was clean and comfortable and spacious with an amazing view. The dining room is a nice comfortable place to hang out in the evening. The breakfast and dinner that they provide onsite are excellent. The dinner in particular was one of the best meals I had in Albania and so reasonably priced. 100% recommend.

Very cozy traditional guesthouse run by a very nice and genuine family! The breakfast was great, made with eggs, butter and vegetables from the properties own garden! They also made sure we got on the correct bus:) good pillows and mattresses

Cozy guesthouse with lovely owners. Filling and delicious dinner that was great value for money. Location good for Theth-Valbona walk - still a little while from the trailhead but much closer than some other guesthouses. Comfortable bed and nice hot shower after a long day walking.

Everything you want for a hiking trip in Valbonë. Extra bonus point for the amazing host, very kind. Dinner and breakfast are excellent, with big portion size, and super cheap. The lunch pack is also great for the day hikes. Room was nice, clean, mountain view. Location is also good, not too far from the theth train, and also close to the little market in case of a necessary buy. Only good things to say about the guesthouse. Wish we could have spent a bit more time there.
