The hotel is in a quiet area. It is family run and has ust opened so everything is brand new. The family is really friendly - even the ones who don't speak English.The room was a good size with a comfortable bed, a/c and a nice bathroom. The plush towels and robes give it a luxurious touch. I had a wonderful stay. Renato, the host, is always available to assist you in everything he can. I stayed for one night and set base for the Theth hike leaving my bigger luggage at the guesthouse (I only took a smaller backpack with me). After a couple of days I came back to pick up that luggage and stayed an extra night since Shkoder is a beautiful place to visit. My room was very comfortable and the guesthouse has a nice patio to chill out.
