My stay was so amazing last year, I came back and the owner Shura even gave me a free day to stay! love the property - beautiful floors and wallpaper, lovely decorations and plants all around. Shura is so kind and provided everything needed and more. Her cooking is wonderful, her rooms are so beautiful and comfortable. The views are absolutely amazing! I truly can’t get enough of this place.

I feel extremely happy to be in this location. It’s absolutely uniq in its atmosphere and idea. Certainly, it’s the great job of housekeepers - Satenik and her family, and also of all those people, who had donated for that. The silence tourism, the being alone with nature and yourself, the domestic food, the warmest people in the world I Ve ever met - the armenian people - and beside that the very comfortable house, high standard of quality and hospitality - all this is the success key. The host is wonderful! What a sweet lady. The location is perfect. If you have (younger) children with you, this is the place! Great outdoor space and options to sit outside when it rains. The breakfast was really good and for diner we had multiple good options to choose from. Great rooms showers and comfy beds. At our stay we had really bad wheater but still a great stay! Extra +There is a (really) small shop nearby. It has some beers soda and vodka, cigarettes fruit en vegs and some basic household stuff +A few tracking routes start nearby the hotel. +Great rural place ++And again, the owner, she made the stay so good!

Dream House was good in every point of view. First, the location was good. From the bus station to the house was very close it just take a time 5 minutes by walking. 2nd, every facility was perfect. Kitchen,washing machine,and large bath room, table and sofa were made us felt cozy. Thank you.

This guest house was perfect and in a beautiful setting in Dilijan, with roads to it not too bumpy. Nelly is exactly the kind of person you wish every host to be, incredibly kind, accommodating and also a great chef. We had both the dinner and the breakfast and they were both excellent. Would stay here again and would also recommend to solo women travellers (I was not but always like to note these safe places as a person who does travel alone often). merci Nelly!
