Very nice property, built right next to a church with a nice garden and river next to it. Close to where the bus drops you off and also to a mini market. The owner was very attentive to my needs even though he doesn't speak English. Very good value accommodation.

Everything was excellent, from the bedroom views to the plate of fresh fruit from the orchard and the big breakfast. The owner kindly minded my backpack while I went for a hike up on the hills after I checked out. Look forward to going back, highly recommend too anyone staying in the area.

Nice room for reasonable price They have beautiful garden and even an outdoor swimming pool for a sumer time . We arrived later in the evening, hosts told us a lot abut the location, their establishment and culture. In the morning we had a great breakfast and they explained us a lot about their cultural events. They can teach you armenian dance, armenian hospitality traditions and music. A lot of workshops available on sight

A very comfortable and clean place for an excellent price. The host is very accommodating and always there to help. The city center can be reached easily by public transportation. I will definitely stay there again when I return to Yerevan.

Very nice guest house, with kind and gentle owners. The room was very clean, the bed was very confortable and very practice. They have very nice garden with barbeque place to make barbeque. I recommend for sure and we will go back there. We are very satisfied. I heard about armenians only good things, so I can prouve that they are very nice people with a big heart.
