this is a family owned Guest House and each room has its own bathroom which make you feel comfortable and feel clean. Roma and his family are all very nice to us and they al speak Russians but not a problem there is always google translate so we can understand each other. I cannot say anything bad because the place are great for me! Exceptional!! Thank you Roma and Family ☺️

Excellent Location in the City Center near all restaurants, and supermarkets. The house was warm and cozy despite the cold weather outside. The owner was responsive and supportive. The house was very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a living room, kitchen, 2 toilets and a bathroom. It had all the essentials required for a short or long stay. On our special request, the owner and his wife decorated the house with a Christmas tree and other beautiful decorations. We had a lovely holiday in Tsaghkadzor, in such a cozy house.

we loved our stay here! the host and his wife were so lovely and welcoming - you really feel at home. our room was great and even had a little lounge with a couch and tv. the place is spotlessly clean! the location is the best in town - there is a small shop across the street and lovely restaurants less than 5 mins walk away. we will stay here again without a doubt. we also loved the little cats!

This is a great family accommodation where the owners love the local history and archeology that goes back 5 thousand years. They prepared a great dinner and breakfast for us and ať the evening we had a nice time and talk together. I think this place will show you the real Armenia. This was the best accommodation during the time we were in Armenia.
