Very cute couple which is happy to host and get to know their guests. We had funny conversations with the help of a translator app and tried some homemade liquor. Gohar's husband drove us to the starting point of our hike which was very convenient.

We were welcomed by Sahak and Jasmine, the best example we found of Armenian hospitality. They don't speak English (they know Armenian and Russian), but Sahak is an expert using Google Translator, and we understood each other fine. Sahak has been extremely helpful advising places to visit, booking taxis and making sure we had everything we needed. Jasmine is a wonderful chef: you must try her breakfast!! We liked it so much we asked for a recipe. She also let us use her washing machine: this was greatly appreciated! The room is exactly as shown on the photos. We had our own private access at ground floor (the hosts live on the first floor). The door opens to a small hallway: the bedroom is on the left, private bathroom on the right (all 3 areas of our exclusive use). The room has air conditioning, although we used it only for 15 minutes: the room stays cool, although it was 35 degrees outside. The beds were comfortable and we slept very well. It's very easy to move around: a taxi in town costs 500 AMD (roughly 1.25 € in August 2024). 1,000 AMD to the restaurants around Yeghegnadzor.

The room was clean with hot water, comfortable beds and the location very quiet. The owner gave us a portable heater to take the chill off the room. There is also a well equipped kitchen area. You can use the washing machine for 1,000amd. It is about a 10 minute walk into town where we had lunch at the fantastic Mood Cafe in the park. The owner speaks very little English but we used google translate.

A lovely retreat on the hillside of Yeghegnadzor. Marni and family are wonderful hosts, great accommodation, beautiful views from the balcony and swing in the garden, so relaxing. All the facilities including the lounge and dining room are available for use. We walked down into the village for food and exploring. Close to Noravank Monastery, Megallan Cave and Areni-1. Beautiful in spring.

Everything was just perfect! Hospitable lady who welcomed us and accommodated us in a bigger room than the one we booked and this was a compliment from her side. The breakfast was homemade and so tasty, the room was extremely clean and the beds comfortable (the mattresses were brand new). Highly recommend the place to everyone visiting this amazing region in Armenia! We are grateful that we had the luck to meet such great hosts!

We traveled in Armenia for a week and stayed in multiple guest houses. Though every host we had was super hospitable and friendly, LiViTi totally exceeded our expectations! The hosts, Gohar, Manuk, and their daughters, welcomed us as warmly as if we were their family. Their eldest daughter performed some beautiful songs for us during the dinner, the food was absolutely delicious, and we had a chance to taste family's homemade wine and vodka which were super tasty as well. The rooms were cozy, clean, and comfortable. The only thing we felt bad about was that we only stayed there for one night. Hope to visit you again! Thank you!

We had such a lovely stay at this place and I wish we stayed more than one night. The room looks like in the pictures and the bed is very comfortable. Everything was extra clean, the bathroom was really sparkling. The view from the window is just stunninf. The highlight was the breakfast - amazing eggs, home made jam and a selection of other tasty dishes - and if I come again, I will make sure to try the lunch or dinner. The host was very nice and we had a warm welcome from her. I hope we get to stay here again one day.

Great and clean accommodation. We recommend to book the dinner and wine tasting in addition. It is worth it! The tasted wines can also be purchased directly.

Mariam was the star of this stay. A wonderful host that shared so much precious insight on Armenian culture, history and traditions. We chatted forever! The property is secluded and quiet which is exactly what we needed. There are a couple of rough patches driving up and the last few meters before the property is a dirt road but don’t let anyone scare you because it’s very easy to reach even with a very low clearance car as our rental. The food prepared for us for both dinner and breakfast was simply amazing. Tasty and earthy and home grown. Too bad we stayed only one night.
