We spent 5 nights in the guesthouse. We got the big room in the ground floor. It was very cozy and comfortable and we had a peaceful private sphere. The location is not really in the center but well connected by metro and bus. There are many shops around, the quartier is a quiet residential neighborhood which we really liked.

We stayed here with friends for just one night, but everything was perfect! (We booked 3 rooms). The host, Lusine, is amazing woman and pleasure to talk to. The ladies helping around the guest house were all incredibly kind and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay, the owner was absolutely lovely. Everything was very clean, there is a lovely outdoor area and a kitchenette. We had a small problem with a shower and it was fixed almost instantly! The rooms are small but very clean and cosy! The railway station and metro station are nearby, there's also a supermarket very close. Thank you!
