I loved everything of this house, in particular : the kindness of the hosts, the view of the mountains, the petunias and many other flowers decorating the house. Sleep was very quiet, breakfast excellent.

A good location for a stress-free getaway in Neukirchen am Großvenediger, Hölzl Bed & Breakfast is a guest house surrounded by views of the mountain.

Very clean and convenient. The accommodation has everything you need, a guest kitchen and a ski storage room with a heated ski boot rack. The highlight is our host. She is very welcoming and kind, and she doesn't hesitate to get out of her way to help us make the most of our stay. She even prepared a sit-in breakfast 45 minutes earlier than usual, to suit our schedule. Only regret is we couldn't stay longer.

Everything, all worked well and wonderful. Friendly and helpful host, everything is spotless clean, nice descent breakfast with delicious homemade cake, breathtaking view, location is reachable by public transport (the last meters are actually reachable by foot but the host picked us up at the bus stop on the day we arrived), shuttle bus to/from ski resort directly brought us from/back to the hotel.

Safestay Kitzbühel Alpine enjoys a quiet location in the centre of Kitzbühel, within an 8-minute walk from the cable cars and Hahnenkamm Train Station. WiFi and parking is provided free of charge.

Lovely host. Location is great, a bit far to walk in ski boots to the gondola, but there is a bus that comes frequently. Coffee was fantastic in the morning. Wifi worked great.
