The hotel was very clean, the rooms with attention to detail, and the staff very courteous. Superlative breakfast! If I were to return to Serfaus I would stay here again. Subway within walking distance of the hotel.

Extremely friendly owners who really made us and our young daughter feel completely at ease, thank you for taking good care of us! Pls note the owners recently (in Dec ‘24) took over, Pension Razil was shut for ca. 5 years. The buffet breakfast was awesome (lots of choice, soft boiled eggs cooked perfectly). Looking forward to our next stay :)

A very well kept pension with breakfast in the heart of a small village in the Alps. Lovely view from the balcony. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the area was very quiet. There were a few restaurants in the area, one nearby but it closes very early. The host was very informative and breakfast was very typical for Austria but fresh and good. There is a lift to get to the upper floors for those with more limited ability.
