Perfect quiet (!) and convenient location in the countryside near A1 Autobahn cross Linz, 15-20 minutes to Linz/center, Wels, Leonding, 1 hour to Salzburg, Bad Ischl, 1.40h to Vienna. Public transport is easy accessible and supermarkets + Ikea very near. This family run hotel was a former farm and has been tastefully renovated to highest standards. Everything is brand new, extremely well kept, the garden is dreamy with a nice playground for kids + relaxing areas and the house is cosy decorated. Very comfy beds, the room spotlessly clean with equipped kitchenette, bathroom new with super shower. The breakfast was plentiful and outstanding: all fresh, hot and cold options, organic/vegan/gluten free available, various eggs and bacon, sweet (home made jam and pear juice!!!) and savory, perfect coffee with different kinds of milk, a tea bar, very tasty bread and buns. Parking is free and secure, good WiFi. We have been to many 4 and 5 star hotels in the world but this one is in our top 5 list: the young lady of the house does the best job to make her guests feel at home. We will definitely come again.
