Heidi and Hubert made us feel right at home. They made us breakfast with eggs their chickens had recently hatched. They were very friendly and engaging. The town of Obrertraun gave us a real Austrian feel that we wanted. We wished we had booked for more than just one night!

We went in the off season, so the place was quiet but we loved our stay here. The building is a traditional Austrian style and the rooms are modern but with a chalet style. Super clean and comfortable and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. They have an honesty bar which we didn't use but love the idea, and breakfast was really lovely. Parking was free and right infornt of the hotel. Couldnt have had a nicer stay.

The view from the room was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the majestic mountains. Just a short walk from the hotel, there’s a beautiful waterfall. The food was delicious, And let’s not forget the spa! The wellness area is top-notch, with great saunas and a relaxing atmosphere — exactly what we needed after a day of exploring. Highly recommended! We will definitely come back.
