It was very cozy place. It was perfectly clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great, there were plenty of food. The staff was nice. Also it was very close to a train station. So everything was pretty good. I highly recommend it!!

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes.

Location Location Location. You cannot find a more central location in the city. It was awesome to drop by a few times a day to drop off things or take a break. It’s a no frills place but it’s clean, staff is friendly, breakfast is good (and included), and the shower is hot.

Andrea is a very friendly and professional host. It was a pleasure meeting her. The room is very clean. Excellent bed. Bathroom perfect. Everything works. Room has nice furniture and decoration. I felt at home and slept well. € 18,- for 24 hours parking garage is a good deal. Windows are very good. Mariahilfer Straße (major shopping street) is directly underneath but it was no issue.
