Farhad is a very effective front desk man. He reached out to us to respond to our specific request to arrive in the middle of the night. Also he stayed a trusted contact person throughout all of our stay. Our idea was to continue to Kazachstan by the ferry from Alat and Farhad was so nice to help us by calling the port and doing a lot of translating for us! The room is clean, water and tea provided and the design of the hallway is stunning. Totally new for me but I really enjoy the marble.

The staff was totally friendly when we arrived at 4 am, it was allowable to pay a half of daily charge for the early check-in. The breakfasts were fresh and in local tradition, the last breakfast was packed for us as we checked up earlier. Thank you for great service 😊

The owner of the guest house made our stay so cozy and pleasant! We felt like we’re visiting our relative not a guest house. She was offering a tea at any hour, made sure that were cozy and comfortable, cooked us delicious breakfasts and dinners. Location is also good because it’s in the very center of the city.

The convenient location close to the airport was very convenient on a long layover. The host met us at 6:30 a.m., settled us in, and brought us water. He accommodated our requests, as we wanted a ground floor and twin beds. Very, very clean. Thank you very much! I will be using them again. Good value for money.
