This is a wonderful place right next the the city centre and in a quiet courtyard. The host on site is quite helpful in all ways. We communicate by translation app and had no problem to understand each other. The room is nice clean and spacious. Breakfast is simple but hot from kitchen. I will highly recommend this nice accommodation to everyone!

Nellie on reception was so helpful! The location was two blocks from the main plaza. The room was lovely with big opening windows. There was a fridge, microwave, kettle, and utensils. The big sunny attractive Courtyard was great. Everywhere was very stylish.

A place very nice close to city center (10 min by foot) with nice rooms with places to put your stuff and balcony. Well equiped kitchen and huge space for working/relax. Shared bathroom with hot shower and a large rooftop with nice views on the city. The staff is very helpful and discreet. Very good value for money. A home away from home.

A great view of Sucre from outside your door!amazing value for money, exceptional hospitality; always with care to resolve any issue. This is a perfect option for the more independent type of traveler/s who prefer something more authentic to the usual hostal/social type of lodging areas and are ok with a basic room. Very friendly staff — would easily recommend.
