As we booked the Comfort Junior Suite, it was just great! the suite it selfs, the panorama view over Ascona, the silence on the large balcony etc.

Absolutely gorgeous location. Very large space inside the apartment. The staff were very helpful.

Just AMAZING. The room had everything you need. It was very comfortable with a very big TV, with Tea making possibilities, minibar. The bed was very comfortable. We had a small balcony looking at the lake. Having breakfast in the morning and enjoying your coffee directly on the lake. It was like a dream. The personel was very friendly and helpful and made everything possible to have a great stay there. We even got a bottle of wine as a small present when we were leaving. Parking space is organised and near by and for free. Internet was working perfectly. The city center was 20 min walking distance. There was a delicious restaurant just under the room. (which can be a bit loud for some people. for us it was not an issue). THANK YOU FOR THE GREAT STAY. We will come back :)

First of all, the view from our room was amazing. It overlooks the lake. Furthermore, the owners were so nice and welcoming. They preapared an amazing breakfast for us, after which we talked to the owner for more than 30 minutes and he was so nice and offered good advice for our trip.

Garni Morettina is a family-run hotel, located in the centre of Brissago, a 2-minute walk away from Lake Maggiore. Every room has a terrace or a balcony with lake view.

Fantastic place to stay with a nice big room and balcony overlooking the lake. Convenient parking right out the front. Very friendly hosts and staff and great breakfast.

Pardo Bar is located in the Old Town of Locarno, a 2-minute walk from the Piazza Grande, and features a bar. The Visconteo Castle and a bus stop are 50 metres away and the Lake Maggiore is 1 km away.

Location, price, staff, room, external toilet/bathroom, cleanliness, Sri Lankan restaurant with delicious variety of Kottu rotti and other sri lankan delights just next door, nice chick bar downstairs playing nice music and deco, and finally the room upstairs at the 3rd floor was noise free. We were with our 5year old daughter and had no issues whatsoever.

The accommodation was very easy to get to by public transport. We mostly used the train, but there are also bus lines 5 minutes away from the house. The room was perfect for a few days stay with a comfortable bed. The small fridge and strong fan were very useful. The host was very helpful and friendly. The house is in a quiet area, no traffic noise.

We really enjoyed our stay in Locarno. The host was very helpful and very kind. The room had everything we needed - nice and comfortable bed with very smooth bed sheets, little terrace and even an AC for the hot summer evenings. Furthermore the high-tech shower was a cool feature 👍 only the distance from the city centre and the the train station is a little disadvantage, but there are many buses going regularly in all directions from a stop close by.
