Really really good and comfortable, beautiful and quiet rooms (with ac that could be used for heating too), hearty and tasty breakfast to get ready for the day. Mandy, the owner, is super helpful and nice. She helped us with our suitcases from the gate of the old town, and also offered pick-up service from the train station. She can also help with all kinds of other advice for your stay :)

The perfect place for a family trip. The place is as pretty as a classic Jiangnan garden, but it also has all the fancy facilities you need. Located in the centre of the old town, you can see the whole town without having to go out. The host is friendly and knows LiJiang well. Staying here is both a physical and psychological cure.

Both the husband and wife hosts are very friendly and understanding. They were very helpful in arranging transport for us and were honest throughout our stay. They were also very kind to our kids and even gave us fruits and snacks. The rooms were good and comfortable, with toiletries and enough towels provided for our entire family.

Carol and Johnson went above and beyond to make our trip comfortable. They linked us up with private hire drivers who drove us from Tiger Leaping Gorge to Lijiang, as well as from Lijiang to Dali. Johnson also helped us book tickets for Jade Dragon Snow Mountain (can only be purchased the night before through local WeChat accounts), and even went with us to the ticket counter at Lijiang Romance Park as Chinese ID was required to collect tickets. The breakfasts they prepared were warm, nourishing Yunnan specialities. They had splendid recommendations for local restaurants and gifts to buy for the folks back home. They are generous, open-hearted people who love company and good conversations.

Very friendly and helpful hotel operators with lots of tips for hiking routes. Both Chinese and English is spoken. The hotel is located 30 meters from the main shopping street but still absolutely quiet. Clean rooms. It was a very pleasant stay. Baisha as one of the 3 old towns of Lijiang is the ideal starting point for hikes into the Yulong Mountains and yet not far from Lijiangs historical old town.

The Owner was really friendly and helpful. The place is clean, spacious, good location. I liked the atmosphere there. Definitely recommend for both solo travelers and traveling with friends.

A hot pot for coffee was provided but they also had a menu. The staff was stellar in assisting me with every need, from mapping and transport, updating my phone etc. One of them took me out into the Ancient Town and we did a night of eating through the whole town, he paid for it. it was fantastic.
