This is a family-run hotel with the whole family pitching in. They were delightful and keen to be helpful with lots of cups of tea, advice and assistance with purchasing tickets. It felt like I was staying with friends. Very little english, but fearless with using translation apps. Very thoughtful - gave me a bottle of water for the train home after dropping me at the station. The standout for this property was the staff. I wish them every success with their business.

The staff is exceptional, their english is great. We had lunch and breakfast there, both were delicious.

It was perfectly clean and very comfortable. The manager was great and always happy to help with anything. There’s free water in the fridge at all times. Great location just out side of the busy streets. 10/10!

Perfect hostel. I wondered if the other reviews had exaggerated, but it is amazing, probably the best hostel of my 6 months travelling. Beautiful home, great location from old town and railway, friendly owners, bargain price. Thanks!
