I went to Gelsenkirchen for the Taylor Swift concert with my sister and we needed a place to stay the night and it was perfect. The place was about 12 minutes from Essen Hbf and the connections were pretty good. The rooms were comfortable and clean :)

Simple room but exactly what I needed. Stayed on a Sunday after football at Veltins Arena. Shutter on the window served as a black out blind and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding and the lady serving was lovely!

This was the coziest little quaint hotel I have stayed in! It was very clean and comfortable, the breakfast was amazing, and the staff made us feel like home and was extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. It was nice to have the mini fridge in the room for cold drinks. I will definitely recommend this hotel to everyone, and I will stay here again, should I find myself near Bochum again. Loved it!
