We have nothing but praise for Casa Canelos: the room was huge and super clean, the bed extremely comfy, the host super friendly and welcoming and the location perfect for our short stay before an early flight out of Guayaquil (NB: reading other reviews some make comments about the location, maybe you want to have a look at the map first :-)). Also big thanks to Eli for organising our local transport downtown and later to the airport, and the flexibility to checkout really early at 3 AM as we had to check in for the flight. Our only regret that because of the early checkout we couldn’t enjoy the breakfast, which would certainly have been wonderful too! Thank you for your hospitality!

Perfectly nice accomodation. Clean, spacious, and secure, friendly reception staff. They let us leave our surfboards here while we were in the Galápagos.

Breakfast not included, but there is an excellent restaurant nearby. Airport shuttle not included, but they called a secure taxi who came right away. $5 USD WiFi coverage was excellent and fast. Staff was extremely helpful. Security was excellent.

situated in a safe zone of Guayaquil, it has all you need. I had a bit of an unluck one but what matters is that the hostel does right by it and they certainly have. Customer service IS a priority to them.

In the Garzota district of Guayaquil, close to Plaza del Sol, Villa Garza Inn features a garden and a washing machine.

It’s clean and staff is friendly. It’s just 5 minutes walk from buss station and 10 minutes walk from hotsprings. Wifi works well. Hot water. Credit card is accepted.
