Seamless checkin and keypad entry made getting in and out a breeze. Location right in the Old Town was perfect for wandering about and experiencing Old Bilbao. Felt we were right in the heart of it all. Alberto was very helpful and available. The room was modern and comfortable, not huge but perfect for our needs.

We travelled with our 4 months baby and we forgot to inform the hostess. So when we arrived we found out we had been allocated to a Room on the third floor (no lift) and had no cot for our Daughter. Despite the late hours they promptly agreed to put a cot in the Room and suggested to move us on the following morning. We had the chance of getting a bigger room in a building with lift so our life was much easier from that moment. All the staff was very attentive and thoughtful! The location is also amazing so we strongly recommend it!
