It was very clean and smelled fresh, the staff were very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast included in the price was lovely and had lots of selection. It was a very secure building where you needed an access code to get in, all in all a very pleasant stay!

The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The 'Hostal' is part of some sort of 'Las Palmas Empire' including a hotel, a restaurant and multiple apartments. So the check-in is actually at the Hotel & Restaurant Las Palmas, you have breakfast there, and can park in their large gravel parking lot. The 'Hostal Las Palmas' is located one small block further back into town, so it's a tiny bit further from the parking lot, breakfast, and the sea. However, it's still a very short walk (150 meters from Hostal to Hotel Las Palmas), so it wasn't a problem for me. The apartment was modern, spotless, and smelled amazing. The bed was comfortable and the linens were as good as new. The bathroom was small but clean and well-maintained. The shower had good water pressure and hot water. The location is absolutely perfect for exploring the stunning coastline between Cabo de Gata and Mojácar. You're just steps away from the beach, making it ideal for spontaneous dips in the sea. Literally 40 meters from the hostel, there's a surprisingly diverse little market with EVERYTHING. It's almost always open and has a wider selection than some major hardware store chains. You'll find everything from beach essentials to unexpected treasures, making it a lifesaver for forgotten necessities or last-minute souvenirs.

Hostal Juan Carlos is located in Carboneras, in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park, and is located just 30 meters from the beach.

Nice view on the beach with a little balcony. We stayed for one night and it was perfect for us. Very good location at the beach and in the centre.

The rooms were quite big, a lot of space, as well as the bathroom, the room temperature was good even in August, we turned off the AC for the whole stay.

This peaceful accommodation is located just 150 metres from the beach in Agua Amarga, in the Cabo de Gata Natural Park. It offers a spa and 2 outdoor pools surrounded by loungers.

We had the most wonderful 2 night stay, (wish it was 2 weeks(👌 Our room was beautiful, huge bed & lovely linen & furnishings the bathroom was large with a whirlpool bath, lovely towel & bath robes 👌 Breakfast was amazing, so much choice & we sat in a beautiful setting by the pool & garden.😍 The hotel Spa was fantastic, the best we have ever had in a hotel 👌 The team of staff were all so professional, friendly & attentive, nothing was too much trouble👌 The first night we had a beautiful meal in the hotel restaurant next door, La Villa, wonderful food, surroundings, ambience & very professional & friendly attentive staff.😍 We will be back again😍

The room was super clean and new with an amazing and spacious terrace with sea view. All staff was very friendly and helpfull. The food in restaurant was delicious. Recommend it! We will definatelly come back here on our next vacation in Spain.
