Had a pleasant stay here - all staff members were an absolute delight - helpful and prompt in communication via WhatsApp. Location is wonderful - just off the street from Gran Via but in a less bustling street in Malasana with some cute shops around. Noise is tolerable. Room and bathroom are clean. Water is also provided for free. If one thing I have to nitpick on, that would be to provide bedroom slippers and fluffier pillows. Otherwise 10/10 would recommend for a short stay, keep it up!

Everything was amazing! The great location right near Tirso de Molina metro, but also a in walking distance from bars, restaurants and the great touristy sites. The room was beautifully designed, super clean with comfortable bed and cushions. The receptionists the were so nice, Nuria in particular, who gave us great tips and recommendations. On top all there is a kitchen equipped with oven, fridge which we loved, and also a coffee machine with complimentary tea, milk, cookies and oatmeal. One of the best hotels we stayed in, highly recommended and would definitely come back!

Property was good as 3 star hotel, with perfect location and nice clean bedroom, Lobby etc. Staff were very humble and cooperative. All 5 star hotels were next door such as JW Marriott, Four Seasons etc and all land mark locations and party streets are on walking distance.

This hotel is located in the heart of Madrid, into Gran Via, one of Madrid's main communications artery and well-known for its shops and theatres.

Hotel was in perfect location - in the city center, near shops, cafes, restaurant and metro. Room was cleaned every day and it was really nice. The staff was very nice and helpful :)

Hostal Aresol is located only 100 metres from kilometre Zero, next to the Puerta del Sol. This is an excellent place from which to enjoy the sites of Madrid. There is free WiFi available throughout.
