The staff were super helpful and friendly I really liked how warm and welcoming they were and always so helpful from check in to breakfast. We really enjoyed our stay here in this historic hotel and it was super cosy. Very good value for money we will definitely come back.

The location is phenomenal, right in the heart of the old part of Toledo. Quiet, tucked away place with friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Overall, it is a fantastic location to explore all the city's attractions.

Everything. :) Location is ideal. Close to all the sights but in a lane that is quiet. Amazing staff. I asked if I could just drop my bag earlier, they immediately offered me an early check-in. In the end I couldn't arrive as planned but the extra mile was appreciated.

The staff was really very helpful and welcoming. The location is perfect and it is the most comfortable, the beds, the atmosphere of the room and the facilities they offer are all excellent. They deserve 100/100!

Close to the city center, bus stop across the street, hotel parking is not very big, but street parking is free overnight. Great bar on the ground floor of the building. Tidy, clean.

All was good- especially the early checkout. 10 mins walk ( downhill) to bus station for bus to Madrid. Room and en-suite were very good. About a 10 minutes walk to the old gate/wall and town.

This guest house with free WiFi is built around a typical Toledan courtyard. It has an excellent setting in the historic centre of Toledo, by the Puerta de Bisagra.

So beautiful hotel. Immediately in the center, 50m start of old town. Good breakfast. My recommendation!!! P.S. it is not 2 star hostel -it is 4 star hotel! Why they has 2 star- I don't know
