I dont often submit a review but Genets Guesthouse is something very autentic and special. The house is amazing as described in other reviews, you feel like you are family not a visitor. I came back to The place at a later stage and not at any stage did I have the feeling, that i was received because of Tourist money. Genet has lived in California many years, she has lots of local contacts, while i was there. I will come back asap when staying in Addis on My next trip, Ethiopia is fantastic and Genet made me have the best start possible.
