The apartment is new and well equipped, spotless clean. We didn't meet the host but they gave us very precise indication about how to check-in and were very responsive during the whole stay. It is in a good position, it is possible to reach the centre and the seaside by foot in about 15 minutes.

We had a lovely stay, the apartment is something special! :) the breakfast was very delicious, fresh. The owner was nice, we could also leave our car and bikes there after check out to go to Menton centre by foot. :) There was also a very nice cat around the garden, which is always a big plus for us. :)

Arriving in Monte Carlo, if you are alone on June 26, you can't afford to make mistakes (on booking.com the price was good, but who knows... in any case the owner had taken care to give me every indication via WhatsApp) otherwise in tears you run to the station and escape. When after a considerable climb (then I discovered all the elevators and escalators) I opened that French window, I found a mega A/C, a large smart TV on the wall (furious fast wi-fi), a mini fridge with kettle and coffee on top, hairdryer, ironing board with iron (fun optional in a 3 square meter room) bathroom and modern furnishings. My life for that evening was saved (never mind the rather limited hot water... and other trifles). As soon as I went down the stairs, in the square formidable pizza for 10 euros and markets open until late.

Absolutely perfect! Location in old town - close to everything - beautiful parks, bars, restaurants, walking distance to the beach, Place Massena by Promenade du Paillon. This is historical building but completely renovated and extremely clean. As women solo traveler I feel absolutely safe here. Owners Nannou and Philippe do their best to keep this place comfortable for short or long stay. I extended my stay here and recommend it to anyone

Absolutely stunning, the photos don’t do it justice. Loads of space, nice and open plan. Five bedrooms which fitted our group perfectly.

Super lovely staff, very much a self-service type of place. Great common room to meet people. Room itself is basic but the AC works well, bathrooms are clean and never had to queue, and the in-house laundry was a great touch. I think the bad reviews are extremely unjust and done by people who had expectations of a hotel as opposed to a friendly guesthouse.

Set within 20 km of Cimiez Monastery and 21 km of MAMAC in Levens, LOU PANTAI offers accommodation with seating area. This guest house has a heated pool, a garden and free private parking.

Location was beautiful and peaceful with wonderful views across the valley. Florence and Claude were wonderful hosts and made us feel very welcome and at home. They were always available whenever we needed anything but left us alone to enjoy the stay in our own way. The breakfasts from Claude were absolutely amazing with everything freshly cooked and baked. Claude was a perfect host. Thank you both for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be back in the future. Would recommend to everyone.
