The House is beautiful and very special. James and Olga are just lovely and so helpful, but let us have enough personal space and privacy. The bed was very comfortable, we slept like babies. We also really enjoyed the delicious breakfast.

the facility is a 10-minute walk from the strict tourist old town. in the close vicinity there is a shop, pubs, bakeries, restaurants. the facility itself is a cozy place. We were welcomed by the delectable owner, we got the keys earlier than expected. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We highly recommend breakfast, fresh juices, compote, fruit and small snacks to choose from while we wait for the owner to personally prepare a wonderful English breakfast. in the room iron and ironing board, fridge, tea and coffee making set, hair dryer, cosmetics set. If we return to Edinburgh it will probably be Mr Tommy.

Location was convenient. Cleanliness impressed me I felt like I was in my own house. Staff was friendly and helpful always. Very lovely and warm decorated. 3 starts hotel you wouldn’t have all the facilities that they have. We know where we are going when I we go again!
