Excellent attentive service. John is a fabulous host. He has thought on everything for the room, coffee/tea making facilities in the room. Hairdryer and fridge which was a great bonus. Plenty of takeaway places nearby too. Rooms and bathroom spotlessly clean. Great location near the sea

This place is amazing value for money and convenient for me when I am working in Kirkcaldy. The cottage rooms are very spacious and super clean and cosy.

The cottage where we stayed was delightful having all the amenities you could want. There was good side well appointed shower/wash room a very generous size lounge area, good bedroom and a very clever fold out kitchen. It was situated in a quiet location and the courtyard area was very pleasant with enough space for parking as well as benches to sit in the lovely garden. The owner made us and our Jack Russell Lottie very welcome and did not mind our dog being in the area outside our cottage.

The owner was very Kind! The breakfast was very good and well prepared. We stayed here 2 different times during our stay in the area and were delighted both times with the service and cleanliness. It was Lambing season so we were able to enjoy seeing all the baby lambs in the fields all around!

Location though not in the city center was actually excellent. Bus stop(s) near and couple of times we even walk from city center to our guesthouse (max 30 min walk, by bus would take as long because buses have like stops in every 100 meters). Very clean, tea/coffee making facilities in the room, biscuits, fresh milk was provided (BIG bonus points from me cause I drink my coffee with lots of milk and I don`t like those tiny separate coffee creams). Comfortable beds, enough pillows (2 for both). Kathryn is very helpful and friendly. Neighbourhood was quiet.

Nice house, kind and helpful hosts, when my laguagge was lost and later delivered to the location. Breakfast was delicious in a nice dinning room, where I could chat with other guests. Good bus connection to the downtown. I would stay there again.
