Charming rooms attractively decorated, very comfortable and spacious, excellent shower which was impressive as we were on the third floor. Attractive dining room and good breakfast. Real hospitality from the lovely owners who couldn’t be more helpful. Great location, quiet, easy 10 minute walk to the centre and free parking which is very rare in Harrogate.

Very affordable, excellent value for money, very comfortable bed, especially loved the chairs & table by the window, great position, lovely staff who also did our washing, which was a huge bonus.

Lovely location very clean and the communication before hand was brilliant. Visiting family so will visit Harrogate again. Wouldn’t even bother looking at other places. Didn’t try the breakfast but will next time!

A very beautiful area and the house and rooms matched the area. Breakfast was served @ the owners pub - plenty of choice and very tasty.

We appreciated all the attention to even the finest of details from the bathroom items, to the decoration, tea/coffee service etc. We thought it was charming to have paper doilies under our cups and appreciated proper cloth napkins. The personnel were fabulous. The food was excellent. The Staff and everything really was very professional. Highly recommended. Merci beaucoup Jacqueline and Marc.
