We stayed in various hotels in London, if I would have known the top quality staff assistant, from I think was the manager, I would have booked on our previous days in the city (sadly I can't recall her name) We were booked on the second floor and all she needed was to see the big luggage we took in and proactively offered us to change to a similar room on first floor . Our flight was very early next day so we asked for a chance to get something prior to their buffet opening, it only took her a few minutes to come back to the room and tell us: here you go, guys. A double bag full of goodies for a great breakfast the next day. She was just amazing!

The host was very welcoming and ready to help and support. All staff was friendly and answered all our questions with a smile. I also enjoyed the sky view from my room, and watched aircrafts landing into Heathrow.

The owner was friendly and accommodating, even though I arrived quite late at night. The room was clean and newly refurbished. This is one of the cheapest hotels near Heathrow airport.

Our room was really clean and cosy. It was also very quiet with no outside noise, even with the window slightly open. We loved the coffee, tea and biscuits provided, and the bed was really comfortable. The shower was also really nice and easy to use. We had dinner at the pub that evening. I had the lamb roast which was really rich and tasty. My boyfriend had a burger and said that it was one of the best seasoned burgers he'd had in a long time. We then had breakfast in the morning. We both really enjoyed the cooked breakfast - very rich and flavoursome. Also great sourdough bread!! The continental breakfast was also of really great quality. My boyfriend had some toast with jam which he really enjoyed, and we both loved the apple and orange juice. Staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. No query or request was too much for them and they were very attentive. We were actually sad that we only got to stay for one night! We will definitely stay again if we're in the area, and will 100% recommend your hotel and pub to friends and family!!
