Stayed in Irvine bay several times as we visit Irvine alot. This is always my 1st choice when booking. Private secure entry system and everything you need for an overnight. Fantastic cafe right across the road called puffers always worth a visit for breakfast or lunch. Beach is a short walk along the stunning harbour and really close by to the shopping centre, railway station and plenty of pubs and restaurants to choose from.

In the heart of Irvine, Braidmead House is just 2 miles from the sandy beaches of the Firth of Clyde. With free parking and free WiFi, the guest house also offers fine Scottish breakfasts.

The hotel is a beautiful building, with a lovely shared lounge and honesty bar. After excellent communication with Diane before our arrival, we were warmly greeted by James, who provided us with very good recommendations for local meals and services. Location is very convenient. Our room (deluxe double) was large, with a big, comfortable bed, an armchair, and a loveseat by the bay window. Parking is available right at the hotel. I would highly recommend this hotel. 😊

W.e stayed in a room above the bar which was rocking on arrival, once in our room we could not hear the noise which was great. The view over the Harbour was great. Great value for money and a tranquil location. Very pleasant staff and easy to deal with. Very clean room

everything it was one hundred percent perfect and lovely. Right on the water, close to some shops and restaurants, it was cozy and comfortable. I would definitely book here again!!!

Faultless. Lovely decor, spotlessly clean, , nice sized rooms. Easy check in, great communication from host with keypad entry Central location and each room has their own designated parking spot. Housekeeping attended on out 2nd day and dropped off clean towels. Definitely recommend,, great value for money. Will return soon!

Cosey little place. Decor was lovely as were the staff. Check in and out was super simple with a code to enter and the cleaner Margaret was very sweet and kind. She even offered to stay late and do our room when we overslept. It’s very close to everything you need. Bars, shops restaurants and a 2 min walk to the train station. The beds were so comfy and the whole place was lovely and warm and quiet. Had a big fridge and microwave which was very helpful too. The bathroom was very clean and modern.
