nice and cozy place, clean and comfortable. It's a one bedroom with a small dinning room and kitchen. It's convenient to cook meals with stoves. It is on the first floor, friendly to big luggage. It's all your own place when close the door. Don't need to share bathroom. Erlinda is very nice, helps lot. It is about 20min to drive here from town center.

the room was attractive, warm and comfortable. we had everything we needed. there were shops and restaurants 5 minutes walk away in summer town. the frequent bus for Oxford was just round the corner - 1 minute away. in spite of this the location was quiet especially at night. off road parking is a bonus. we were made very welcome. this room was exactly what we wanted and more than we expected.

Very confortable, discreet personnel (in fact, in didn't meet somebody). Clean, and surprise, two beds, one for two persons! Didn't count for me, I slept in the smallest one.

The location is excellent - 15 mins on foot to the center of the town. Very nice and comfortable room, clean, well equipped. The staff is fantastic - very responsive, attentive, and they will go the extra mile for the guests. We loved our stay there.
