The host is super flexible and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable. I lost a connection flight, arrived there late and he let me check out one hour later so I could rest up a bit longer. He also offers tooth brush, tooth pasteand towels which came in handy as most of my stuff were in my luggage at the airport.

    Great location, close to train and bus. Guesthouse was easy to check in and room was very comfortable with nice guest areas - kitchen & lounge area. Host was very accommodating and available for any queries. Great location if planning on heading to / from Heathrow for a few days.

    Clean, bright rooms, staff were pleasant on arrival, although had to find them in the Italian restaurant next door. Quiet in the guest house itself, and not a particularly busy road.i was happy to find a small toilet/ shower room attached(room 5). Also had a sink.All worked well So, not nearly as bad as some reviews might have you believe, i thought it good value for what i paid! Great location for access to heathrow airport.( although i wasn't there for airport myself).
