the accommodation was excellent, very neat and clean. The host was kind, accommodating, always ready to help. A very nice and pleasant person. The breakfast is perfect and abundant. if I ever come back to Epping or close by, I will always look for that particular house. beautifully arranged garden, flowers, grass, hedges, very tidy. we had a great time. the room is large, spacious, the bed is comfortable!
