The host family is absolutely beautiful! Really genuine. The garden that is outside is stunning. Beautifully designed, with gorgeous views of the country side. - Free tea and coffee ☕. - The breakfast that we purchased was all natural ingredients, fresh unprocessed natural milk, fresh honey, eggs, bread, yogurt, different cheeses, wow!

True authentic experiance! Helpfull host! We made laundry at this place. We asked for a wine to buy, he offered us some for free and declined to take any money for it. You shouldn't expected that, i just want to let you know, how warm hearted person he is! Beatiful old fashioned house! Tasty grapes! Awsome dog called szarik! :)))

The owners of the guesthouse (Dima and her husband Levi) are some of the sweetest people I have had the privilege to meet during my travels in Georgia. They have a wonderful home and I felt like a member of their family for the four nights that I stayed there. Breakfast can be arranged for an additional cost and it is excellent value for money (you will get a delicious spread of Georgian food that will give you enough energy for the rest of the day!) Dima speaks good English and is very social. She is happy to have a conversation with you about a range of different topics. I learned a lot about Georgian history from her. Please spend some time talking and getting to know them when you are not busy exploring Kakheti. They are genuinely curious about their guests and they are interested to know more about which part of the world you come from Even though I did not share the same language with Levi, he is a true gentleman and he generously gifted me a bottle of homemade wine, which I am very grateful for. In the backyard there is a large tree and hanging vines that provide ample shade and coolness, where you can sit and relax I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Dima's guesthouse and I look forward to returning in the future if I pass through Telavi again Didi madloba!

Our lovely hosts took most good care of us. Shalva made by car excellent tours for us around in neighbourhood wine region, including wineries and culturally important monasteries. Shalva did share with us also his wide knowledge of wine making and local traditions. Shalva speaks many languages, including fluent Spanish. Lady of the house made for us most nice breakfasts, including home-made Georgian pastries. We did so enjoy to chill in balcony with lovely view to mountains. Thank you for most warm hospitality!

Everything was wonderful: comfy and clean rooms, beautiful hosts, amazing people and conversations. We feel well rested and full after that trip. Also highly recommend breakfast and supper – one of the most interesting parts :) The place itself and the garden on the backyard is just awesome as well – definitely will come back for longer period 🍷

What a stay at Guest House Top Floor. The owner and his family are super friendly, gave a lot of information and could answer all our questions. The house is really beautiful with a very architectural staircase, some quiet balconies and a garden. The breakfast was really good, fresh and tasty and they even paid attention to my gluten alllergy without any problem. It's good located in Telavi, close to the beautiful palace and in the neighbourhood are some good restaurants. Also easy accesible by foot for going to the bus station. We loved our stay, we felt super welcome and we can really recommend it !
