We had such a great time here! The room was super clean and comfy, and the balcony right on the water was a total highlight — so peaceful and perfect for hanging out. Everyone we met was super friendly and welcoming, and they went out of their way to make sure we felt at home. Best of all, our dog was more than welcome — they didn’t just tolerate pets, they genuinely loved having them around.Such a chill, happy vibe. We’d definitely stay here again!

Great location (2' walking distance from Chora and very quiet). Parking was also a great bonus. Transfer from and to the port available if needed. Spotlessly clean (room service every single day). Smiling, extremely polite and hospitable owners, always willing to help and offer tips. Definitely going back next time in Ios.

We loved it here! such a great location close to Chora, but not in the centre of town so we did get some peace and quiet hahahah staff were amazing!

We had a wonderful stay in Ios thanks to two truly special hosts: a fantastic couple, incredibly kind and always very helpful. The location was excellent – close to a supermarket, the best bars, the town center, and a scooter rental. The rooms were spotless and cleaned every day with great care. For any need or small issue, the lady was always ready to help with a smile and quickly find a solution. We truly felt welcomed like family. A warm hug with affection, Ruben & Fabiana

Rita’ Place is the best choice you could ever make at iOS. Exceptional location (between port and Chora) and with an owner who makes you feel at home. We recommend it 100%.

Location, location, location! It was great! The balcony was roomy, they had heat! showers nice, bed great! The beach and the water were amazing. The only place on my trip to Greece where I could actually get in the not so cold water. It is amazing. The restaurant was outstanding and the staff were stellar! Room was exceptionally clean and the grounds were beautiful. Would like to return again and again!

Location was close to the port and easy to get to ! Dora made our stay exceptional - readily fixing our air con when it wasn’t working and making us feel welcome.

Bed was very comfortable Bath was very clean and everything there was functional and comfortable Perfect location, 2-3 mins walking from the ferry Vicky was very nice and helpful :)
