The hotel owner, Yannis and Maria, are very nice and helpful. They explain everything clearly and give us valuable advice for planning our schedule. They even speed up the room cleaning for us to check-in early! The hotel is located in the middle of Fira, with a 5-minute walk to Fira bus station and to everything. It is easy for us to walk from the bus station even with two large suitcases. There is a little supermarket at the corner and a laundry at the end of the road. We love the room we get. It is spotlessly clean and super spacious. And you'll get all you need in the room, even a bottle of 1-L mineral water per day! Overall, Yannis and Maria manage the hotel so well that it is the best stay I have in my whole trip across Greece.

Everything was clean and everyday we had room service with new bath towels, new toiletries, new bath rug, they threw out the trash and when we forgot to do the dishes in the morning (so sorry for the inconvenience!) they even did them for us. Sure it's not the most modern or up do date design, but it was for sure so much more than we expected for Santorini and even more for the price we payed. We really loved our stay and would come back again. It's 5 min away from the center of Fira and the beautiful views of the caldera and also the very busy bus stop.
