The room was great! The balcony and bathroom both amazing. The building is quite new and super clean. Overlooking rice fields and the tallest mountain on Bali, the view was to die for - waking up and looking at Mt Agung or watching the sun set behind it - what's not to like. Breakfast was served on said balcony by kind staff. Beware you need a scooter as the road is not walkable, but honestly you'll want one either way, so you can get around easier.

The family who runs the Homestay is the warmest and kindest people you will find in Bali. The rooms are spacious and nice and the balconies where you are served hot water for tea or coffee in the afternoon are the perfect spot to relax in the shade. The location right on the beach is perfect and if you are lucky they will serve freshly caught and grilled fish for you in the evening. Good breakfast as well. I am thankful for my three nights I had there.

The location is excellent, only few steps away from the ocean with a beautiful view to Mt. Agung! The staff was very kind and was eager to help with anything (transport, scooter rental etc.), we also got welcome juice when we arrived! The breakfast was also very good as you have plenty of ootions to choose from. All in all, we were pretty satisfied with Solaluna, and hope we will come back!

Beautiful place, clean, very spacious, very friendly and helpful owner. View was beautiful on the rice fields. Also, contrary to other reviews, we were not bothered by the main road, isolation was great. It is true though, that you need a scooter and then it’s 5min to all the restaurants downtown.

the property was amazing, beautiful, very clean and really well furnished. The hosts are way too kind, it was a pleasure to talk with this very cute family :) For the price we paid it was way more than worth it, they provided us motorbike and snorkeling stuff and gave us the best places to go around :) I completely fell in love with this city and around and it's, in part, thanks to the place we were staying in !
