The staff at the Kresna Hotel were fantastic! They organised a temple tour for me, handled my laundry and resolved some other ad hoc requests that I had in a friendly and efficient manner. Great hotel, perfect service.

The staff were amazing. The hospitality of staff in Indonesia is amazing. Little things like when we left, one of the staff offered to fill my kids water bottles for the journey without prompting. Very caring. Or after the kids had been swimming they offered us a drying rack without prompting. Breakfast for the kids was great; either omlette, toast or pancakes. Cereal was available 24/7. The pool was available 24/7, with lighting overnight. Honestly amazing hotel and staff, so great value too. They were very accomodating with us on our check out day even though they were fully booked that night.
