Location was very beautiful, and Phil was a great host! It was a super great location for doing the Ring of Kerry, and was really quiet and peaceful. We loved the room and felt safe & comfortable.

We were greeted by Irma when we arrived and given a choice of two beautiful rooms. The bed was comfortable and the room was very spacious. She gave us some ideas on where to go for dinner. Breakfast in the morning was fantastic with a large variety of options.

The room was spacious and comfortable. The only drawback for such an excellent location was the lack of view (velux type roof windows.) The breakfast and lunches we had there were excellent and good value. The staff excelled and we're so welcoming. We look forward to staying again.

Great spot for Kenmare visit. We were a group of 4 cycling in the area. Very spacious house finished to a excellent standard.

Everything! This is a beautiful and comfortable home away from home. Well equipped, spacious, warm, clean, with lots of attention to detail. David was extremely helpful and thoughtful, as well as interesting and charming, and very ready to act on any small problem, such as the coffee machine not working. Very nice staff, they were very sweet and helpful. The breakfast was also incredible, they had everything you could wish for. The rooms were very clean and big. They also gave great recommandations. The walk to the city centre was 10 minutes. Very nice stay.
