ItalyThis is a true guesthouse, visitors are welcome guests in a private home, and the host is attentive and generous with his hospitality, happy to offer suggestions on visits, restaurants, and other practical information. The parking was ample, the sitting room cosy, especially since the host would be happy to lay out a fire in the marble fireplace. My room was large and my dog was welcome. I highly recommend this place as a base for excursions to most of Ireland due to the flexibility of the host and excellent access to the major motorways.
