Views outstanding, room 108 had a small kitchen ,but who's cooking,lovely lovely people . Outstanding position for Beach Road come on to it at Teema , a short walk to beach hard on the soft sand after a long day in a shack🍻🍻🍲🍲🍲 but not complaining. Great price for what we got .Anne Bobxxxx

Super clean. Johnny goes out of his way to make you super comfortable. Clean sheets and toilet...very important. Location couldn't be any better. We highly recommend Villa Cleto.

Everything was very nice and good maintenance, we love the balcony. It was also just a 15 minutes walk to the beach if you take a shortcut. And that really made it outstanding. Lots of eating joints also in walkable distance and convenient store to purchase anything and everything. Edward is very nice and guiding us in many things also in booking the tours and booking taxi. It was a very big help for us and we really enjoyed the stay and definitely plan to go again. Will definitely recommend it with a double 5 star .

It was very clean, comfy and cosy. Wi-fi was very good and patio was great for working, chilling. Panaji was also much nicer than we expected. Owner heled us with sim card registration, answeared all our questions, helped us with scooters.

Very nice welcome of the owner and her son (congrats for your perfect french language). The house is in the best area of Panjim, close to the old houses of Fontainhas. Good restaurants nearby. Good breakfast on the roof-top terrace (but could be easily improved with fresh fruits and yoghourt/curd). Would like to come back!
